Spring among the cypress

Posted on February 19, 2024

Few things say spring like a 40-degree diurnal swing, a sunny day, and kayakers on the water.

Temperature this morning at Caddo Lake State Park was 24 degrees. This afternoon? 65 with just enough breeze to push campfire smoke exactly where you don’t want it.

That must be true, Lori… I heard my dad say it many, many times.
